Her journey began in 2010, when he combined the practice of yoga with the study of martial arts. Over the years, she has deepened his practice through travels and periods of study in India, Thailand, and Indonesia, coming into direct contact with various schools and lineages within the yogic tradition.
She has completed over 1,000 hours of training, with a focus on traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kriya Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga. Her journey includes in-depth studies of yogic philosophy and Vedic texts, including the Bhagavad Gita and the Mandukya Upanishad, as well as a period of study at the Himalayan Ashram in Rishikesh, India.
Her teaching is deeply rooted in personal practice, discipline, and devotion. At the heart of her work lies the importance of inner cultivation, perseverance, and creating a space where each individual can develop presence, awareness, and a connection with themselves.
Through Sāmya Yoga, Elen offers an approach that integrates movement, breath, and meditation, providing programs accessible both to those new to the practice and to those who wish to deepen their practice.
Her vision is to guide people toward a deeper connection with themselves, creating the conditions for an authentic, stable, and sustainable practice over time.
Her work is based on the belief that through consistent and mindful practice, it is possible to rediscover balance, clarity, and mindfulness in daily life.
The art of balance.
